Description

Super Cat Tales: PAWS continues the Super Cat Tales series, and it seems to be its coziest installment. The player joins the cat squad PAWS and defends Catland, a country where heroes are furry whiskered fighters. This is a pixel platformer with a warm, cozy atmosphere, and the hours fly by unnoticed in it. Those who miss retro aesthetics and love cats will especially enjoy it.

How the journey through Catland unfolds

At its core is a classic platforming adventure. Cats make their way forward level by level, and you'll want to peek into every nook and cranny. Daily tasks save it from monotony: every day a new goal appears, giving a reason to pop into the game for at least a couple of minutes. There are also mini-games. They come in handy when you want to change the pace and do something else without leaving the familiar world.

Hats, pixels, and chiptune

Cats can be dressed up in funny hats, and over time the squad ends up looking exactly the way the player wants. Stats have nothing to do with it, it's all about the mood: a silly headpiece instantly brings your favorite character to life. The atmosphere is created by neat pixel art and retro-style music. The visuals and sound blend well together and bring back the feeling of good old platformers, only wrapped in a much cuter package.

Who this story is for

The game will appeal to fans of Super Cat Tales, lovers of pixel graphics, and anyone looking for a calm but lively platformer without unnecessary fuss. Short daily goals are easy to complete in bits and pieces, even on the go. And long sessions aren't tiring either. Super Cat Tales: PAWS for android is distributed for free, and the latest version can be downloaded as an APK file. Install the game, gather your cat squad, and set off to save Catland.
