The Tower is a separate challenge: after each victory, you can choose a buff, and the difficulty of opponents grows as you climb higher. As for PvP, there's an Arena with team battles and a "Legend Draft" mode, where a squad is assembled from randomly upgraded characters. Guilds unlock access to Guild Wars with their own rewards.
