Description
Guncho is a turn-based tactics game for a single player, a western built on roguelike rules. The hero has a trusty revolver and a saddled donkey, while gangs of outlaws stand in his way. Each new attempt starts on freshly generated levels. Pulling the trigger isn't enough here — everything depends on a well-thought-out position. The game is for those who enjoy carefully calculating their moves and calmly starting over.
Cylinder, hexagons, and cacti
Guncho is built around positional shooting. Any action rotates the revolver's cylinder: a step, a shot, unloading a bullet. That's why you need to bring the right round in line with the direction you plan to shoot ahead of time. The field is divided into hexagonal cells, and after one bad step the hero can end up in front of a crowd of bandits without a suitable bullet. The environment works in the shooter's favor. A barrel of gunpowder near the enemies can be blown up, and the enemies themselves can be pushed into fire or onto spiky cacti.
What awaits on the way to the final duel
After each level, the player chooses a bullet upgrade or a new skill, and these decisions gradually shape their own combat style. Enemies move differently and have different abilities, so each type requires its own approach. At the end of the run, a boss fight awaits, where everything you've learned will come in handy. Besides the “Easy” and “Expert” modes, the game features a daily challenge, unlockables, achievements, and cloud saves.
Who should give it a try
