Description

The Abandoned Planet is a pixel-art point-and-click first-person adventure for those who miss the unhurried adventures of the nineties. A female astronaut is pulled into a wormhole and thrown onto a distant planet where there is not a single inhabitant. There's nowhere to rush. You can look into every corner, collect scattered clues, and try to figure out where the population disappeared to and how to get home.

A silence that raises questions

The intrigue rests on emptiness. Everything around looks as if people lived here quite recently, but there's no one, and each new location adds its own details to the mystery. The path is blocked by puzzles, and the key to them is most often located nearby — you just need to look carefully. Full English voice acting adds a lot: the heroine's voice echoes through the deserted places, and the loneliness is felt almost physically.

The legacy of Myst and LucasArts

The developers openly name their teachers. The first are Myst and Riven, mysterious worlds that you explore in first person. The second are LucasArts adventures from the 90s, from which came the bright, detailed pixel graphics and hundreds of places you want to poke your nose into. The text has been translated into eleven languages, including Spanish, Japanese, Korean, German, Simplified and Traditional Chinese.

Who should try it

First of all, the game is for fans of classic quests and those who love solving mysteries without rushing. You can start for free: Act 1 is open right away. The full version is purchased once, no subscriptions. Just download The Abandoned Planet on android and install the latest APK file. Already after the first act, it will become clear whether you want to uncover all the secrets of this planet.

What's new

The update fixes minor issues and improves the overall performance of the application. To use it with maximum comfort, install the latest version.
