Description Changelog

Description

A standard "dialer with messaging" is no longer needed. QKSMS handles sending and receiving SMS and MMS on its own, while also keeping your correspondence organized. The design is clean, with nothing superfluous. The app is intended for those who still text a lot via regular SMS and want it to be convenient.

What correspondence looks like in QKSMS

Right away you notice how much can be customized here. Color can be set either for the entire app or for an individual conversation, making it easy to find the chat you need in the list. Each contact can be assigned their own notifications, so you'll recognize the sender by sound alone, without even looking at the screen. Night mode can be turned on manually or on a schedule.

What makes QKSMS stand out among similar apps

The main new feature of the latest update is full support for two SIM cards and multi-SIM. The app creates message backups on its own and restores from them on its own as well, no third-party utilities needed. Annoying numbers can be blacklisted in just a couple of taps. Spam is filtered out automatically through the "Should I Answer?" service.

Everyday features

You can send photos and stickers via MMS, as well as chat in group conversations. An old message is quickly found with search. You can reply in the QK Reply popup window, from a Wear OS watch, or directly from the notification shade if your smartphone is running Android 7.0 or newer. For people with disabilities, there's a high-contrast black theme, as well as support for TalkBack and Samsung Voice Assistant. If you need a convenient messenger for SMS without ads, download QKSMS for android. The APK file is free, and installation will take a couple of minutes.
