YMusic is a third-party client for listening to music and watching YouTube videos. The app offers personalized lists of cool music selections that you can listen to and download to your device's memory for free. An equally important feature is listening in the background; you no longer need to keep your device's screen unlocked. You can switch between songs even on the lock screen. Each available video can be previewed by selecting the quality, saved in the device's memory, and marked with a "like" or a comment. Signing in to your Google account opens the following features: a personalized YouTube feed, a subscription feed, creating or subscribing to ready-made playlists, accessing viewing history, adding videos to watch later, subscribing to new channels, liking videos, and much more. The player includes basic controls and allows you to rewind and speed up video, pause, and set a timer to automatically turn off. An equalizer is present with FX, bass boost and surround sound enablement for a fully immersive experience. Built-in download manager includes all successful, incomplete and interrupted downloads. In the utility settings you can change the main interface colors, assign a download path, enable/disable display of the cover art on the lock screen and perform other equally important settings that affect the sound quality and updates you receive in the future.
