Among Us is a multiplayer social game where several people find themselves trapped on a spaceship, and one of them clearly isn't who they claim to be. There's no shooting or chasing here - instead, it's all about lies, observation, logic, and the ability to keep a poker face. The game is designed for groups of 4 to 15 people and works equally well both online and offline via local WiFi.
Features of Among Us
Each match is divided into two sides: crewmates and the impostor. The former complete tasks throughout the ship - fixing wiring, starting reactors, and other technical jobs - to prepare the ship for departure. Meanwhile, the impostor quietly eliminates opponents, turns off the lights, causes oxygen leaks, and does everything possible to prevent the crew from finishing their work. In the modded version, unlocked skins are available, allowing you to customize your character's appearance without additional purchases.
Modes and Voting Mechanics
When someone discovers a body or calls an emergency meeting, the game switches to discussion mode. Each player voices their suspicions, builds theories, and tries to convince the others. After the discussion comes the vote: the majority decides who gets ejected from the ship. If the crew guesses correctly, the impostor is exposed; if they guess wrong, the ship ends up with one less crewmate. The crew wins by completing all tasks or ejecting the impostor, while the impostor wins by equalizing the numbers with the survivors.

The game will appeal to those who enjoy social formats with bluffing and deduction: board games like "Mafia," parties with friends, or just fun multiplayer without a steep learning curve. Those looking for hardcore action or a single-player mode probably won't find Among Us suitable - here everything is built on live communication and psychology.
