Hi-Q MP3 Voice Recorder is a voice recorder that goes far beyond standard audio recording apps. With audio quality up to 44 kHz and flexible settings, it’s perfect for personal notes, lectures, band rehearsals, or concerts.

It’s easy to use: open the app, press the red button, and recording starts immediately, without any extra setup. Files are saved in MP3 format by default, so they’re lightweight and can be opened on virtually any device.

Recordings can be automatically uploaded to Dropbox or Google Drive, which frees up phone storage and provides a backup in case of data loss. You can choose to sync only over Wi-Fi or allow syncing via mobile data as well.

There’s a home screen widget: you can start, pause, and resume recording without opening the app. The app supports a bitrate of up to 320 kbps, and formats other than MP3 include WAV, OGG, M4A, and the experimental FLAC. You can choose the microphone either the most sensitive one or the one that produces clearer sound.

If you need privacy, you can hide the recording icon. Clips are easy to manage: you can share, rename, or delete them, as well as transfer recordings to a computer via Wi-Fi. Most importantly, there’s a noise-canceling feature for clearer recordings in noisy environments.

Good to know: Phone calls are not recorded, and widgets only work if the app is installed in the phone’s internal storage, not on an SD card.
